Job Description: You will manage the communication and documentation for a real estate transaction, from the opening of escrow to closing and follow-up. Their role is to ensure that all necessary actions are taken to complete the transaction and that the sale closes properly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee every aspect of buyer/seller transactions from executed contract to closing
• Cultivate and maintain high level client relationships
• Collaborate with your team to streamline work processes
• Stay organized as you will be managing multiple property deadlines daily
• Manage data for several teams across multiple states
• Build and generate contracts
• Review and edit contracts
• Work with an energetic team and have loads of fun!
