Top CPA Firm Audit Manager

Position Overview
The Audit Manager will oversee and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients in various industries, including real estate, construction, agribusiness, and manufacturing. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to provide strategic insights to enhance the audit process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams on various client engagements.
• Plan and execute audit assignments from start to finish, including risk assessments and control evaluations.
• Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on audit findings to improve client operations and processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Mentor and train junior audit staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, preferably in public accounting or relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices, particularly in real estate, construction, agribusiness, and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
