What Youll Do:

• Review corporate, individual, partnership, and other tax returns prepared by associatesproviding both technical accuracy and coaching feedback.
• Lead and mentor staff on multiple projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Work directly with clientsmanaging engagements from start to finish and building strong relationships.
• Research and resolve complex tax matters; provide planning and consulting support.
• Develop staff through training, feedback, and structured delegation.
• Contribute to firm growth through client development, networking, and community involvement.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.
• Active CPA license.
• 57 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring staff.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• A commitment to high standards, integrity, and teamwork.
