• Please note: Receptionist Front Desk is not the same as Hotel Front Desk
• Experience with Hotel Property Management Software and Hotel Protocols is required.

Typical Shift: 4 pm to Midnight or 8 pm to 4:00 am (may vary depending upon occupancy)

Responsibilities**

This position is the liaison between the guest and the hotel.

Guest Services (Front Desk) duties include providing FRIENDLY, efficient guest registration, guest settlement and information to prospective guests from the front desk, while meeting or exceeding guest expectations. May step up to help occasionally with Housekeeping or Porter duties. Additionally, because our front desk in in the Runway Bar & Restaurant space, Guest Services may also take orders, prepare basic menu items & serve food & drink to guests as needed.

Candidates should be:

• 100% computer literate
• Customer service oriented
• Possess a positive, happy and professional attitude.
• Have steady and successful work history.

The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys working with a dedicated team. This candidate should also excel in multi-tasking during their work shifts, have a desire to keep the space clean and orderly at all times in order to provide our guests with a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

• Actual Experience with HOTEL Property Management Software & hotel housekeeping, as well as server/bartender familiarity.
• Ability to successfully complete closing paperwork accurately and on time.
• Computer Experience: Intermediate
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to provide current proof of such.
• Must be able and willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends and/or early mornings, including possible overtime as requested.
• Will be required to pass Riverside County Food Handlers Card and RBS Alcohol certifications.
• Ability to work independently with integrity while following Company policies and procedures.
• Great Communication Skills (written and verbal)

• Maintain basic grooming standards.
• Maintain a courteous, friendly, enthusiastic, professional and substance abuse-free work environment.
• Must be able to arrive for work shifts on time take breaks, clock-in and clock out electronically as well as on written break sheets as per Company policy.
