Be part of something remarkable! You will lead a highly respected and growing team of Cardiac, Vascular and Cardiovascular sonographers across multiple sites in the Madison, WI area. This is a unique opportunity to step into an established, high-performing service line that values leadership, clinical excellence, and continuous advancement in cardiovascular imaging. A successful candidate will be credentialed and experienced in one of the following: Cardiac or Vascular or Cardiovascular and will be a graduate of an accredited Cardiac and/or Vascular program. You are a highly skilled sonographer who has grown into leadership through Supervisory roles or progressive responsibility in Lead sonographer roles, Clinical Education or Technical Director roles. You’re ready to take the next step and motivate others, elevate practice, and drive quality across a service line. Grow in a supportive environment: Lead a team of 25 sonographers with the support of five area-focused Lead sonographers that value mentorship, autonomy, and excellence. This role is the perfect blend of clinical work and strategic leadership, with opportunities to shape advance programs like AI integration, Advanced Cardiac Sonography (ACS), and Structural Heart Imaging.
