Arrange production tasks for each workstation based on the production tasks and operation plans assigned by the workshop director to ensure timely completion of production tasks. Be familiar with the product processes, quality requirements, and inspection standards of the production line. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all original record materials, and ensure that the work-in-progress (WIP) matches the accounts and physical items. Guarantee the timely submission of various statistical and accounting reports, ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of all data. Organize team members to manage, use, and maintain equipment properly, implement individual responsibility assignments, and inspect the implementation status.
