Job Description:

• Candidate should have 8+ years of strong SFDC hands-on development experience and expertise in designing, developing , architecting, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM. Work with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders in gathering requirements and driving the team to implement the technical solutions.
• Standard Salesforce developer skills: Configuration, APEX, LWC, REST API integrations
• Development on Salesforce platform using declarative and programming features.
• Develop test coverage classes.
• Provide bug fixes and carryout technical root cause analysis.
• Participate in reviews and scrum calls and provide updates on the progress and challenges.
• Data loading for testing (SIT /UAT/ Training)

Preferred Certifications:

Certification in Salesforce PD1, PD2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud consultant is added advantage.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
