About the Role

As a Senior Planner in Corporate Services, you'll be the mastermind behind the scenes, transforming ideas into unforgettable experiences. Your expertise in sourcing, planning, and execution will shine as you navigate complex events, all while keeping your cool under pressure. You're Good At

• Crafting creative event concepts that wow clients and attendees.
• Sourcing and negotiating with vendors to deliver the best possible outcomes.
• Managing logistics with finesse, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the big day.
• Leading a dynamic team and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve goals.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to attendees throughout their journey.

You Might Also Have

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end event planning.
• A knack for presenting ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• A creative problem-solving mindset that thrives under tight deadlines.
• Strong familiarity with international event planning and execution.
• A talent for building relationships with diverse teams and vendors globally.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Sr. Planner, Corporate Services is between $75,000 - $135,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
