*Providence is calling for Social Worker LCSW \ On Call

• - Per Diem - Variable Shift**

The Clinical Behavioral Health Specialist is an integral part of a behavioral health consult team serving acute patients remotely through an innovative Telehealth platform. This position requires independent clinical decision making, flexibility and an ability to provide a variety of assessment and interventions to a wide range of patient populations in multiple geographic regions.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University.
• Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License
• 5 years of Post-graduate experience working in an Emergency Department, Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting.
• Experience documenting in an Electronic Health Record (EPIC preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working with children or adolescents.

• Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $41.41, Max: $64.29
• Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $39.73, Max: $61.68
• Washington: Tukwila: Min: $41.41, Max: $64.29
• Washington: Eastern: Min: $35.35, Max: $54.88
