YOUR POSITION AS OUR FULL- OR PART-TIME SHUTTLE DRIVER - PASSENGER VAN DRIVER:
THE SCHEDULE:
As our full- or part-time Shuttle Driver - Passenger Van Driver, you will work a split shift schedule, working in the mornings and afternoons on school days and/or Saturday mornings.
YOUR ROLE:
Every day, you embark on a meaningful journey that extends well beyond just driving. You transport children with disabilities and developmental needs to schools and programs with a deep sense of care and attentiveness, ensuring that each ride is calm and supportive. When assigned a monitor, you work collaboratively to enhance safety and comfort for every passenger, while maintaining clear and professional communication with parents, caregivers, and staff. You take pride in keeping your vehicle clean, organized, and ready for each trip, and you diligently complete simple route logs. In this full- or part-time role, you are not merely moving children from one place to another; you play a vital part in providing the stability and dignity they need for their daily success.
