PJ Metal Craft LLC seeks sheet metal workers and fabricators:

• Uses s oldering equipment and soldering tools for fabrication of metal products
• Operates shear, hand break, press break and roll form machinery
• Fabricates various types of metal including steel, aluminum, copper, zinc, zinc coated or lead coated copper and stainless steel
• dormers, leader heads, chimney caps, finials, custom architectural sheet metal products

General Accountabilities

• Uses tools include soldering iron, hot air guns, and de-soldering tools
• Sets up work safely at working stations
• Maintains personal and team safety in the shop and on the job sites
• Participates in safety classes and certifications as required
• Operates described machinery and follow the safety
• Ability to work on its own work and manage all aspects of the project from the start up through the project completion a must
• Self-motivated a must
• Good communication skills required
• Advanced planning skills for establishing maximum productivity of workforce, materials, and equipment
• Other critical skills include problem identification/resolution, multi-tasking, follow-through skills to bring tasks to closure, priority setting, and having a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Extensive knowledge with multiple types of architectural sheet metal products and systems
• Advanced planning skills for establishing maximum productivity of workforce, materials, and equipment

Education and Experience

• Education: Graduation from formal training program and licenses
• Experience: At least 2 year of architectural sheet metal industry
