*The Opportunity*
We are seeking an accomplished *Senior Trial Attorney* who is ready to take on complex, high stakes litigation and drive impactful results. This is a chance to first chair and second chair jury trials, mentor the next generation of litigators, and work directly with the principal on some of the most consequential cases in the industry.

*What You Will Do*
* Lead case strategy and trial preparation, including jury instructions, trial briefs, and motions in limine
* First chair and second chair jury trials, working closely with the principal attorney
* Handle mediations, depositions, hearings, and case related negotiations
* Collaborate with and mentor associates, paralegals, and litigation support staff
* Work closely with experts and cutting edge litigation technology
* Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting, responding, and meet and confers
* Represent clients with integrity and excellence in both state and federal courts
*What We Are Looking For*
* Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
* Active license and membership with the California State Bar
* At least 10 years of experience practicing law
* At least 10 years of significant litigation and trial experience
* Proven first chair or second chair jury trial experience
* Substantial deposition and mediation experience
* Exceptional brief writing, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence
