Job Title: Machine Operator I (Chain Machine Technician)

\n Pay Range: $28.00 – $32.00/hour ($35.00/hour for top-level candidates)
\n Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
\n\t\n\tFriday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
\n\t\n\tSaturdays (Busy Season, August–January): 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
\n\t\nAdditional Benefits:
\n\nAnnual bonus (3–4% of salary)
\n\t\n\tTwo-week company-paid trip to Italy each year
\n\t\nWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator I / Chain Machine Technician with hands-on manual machining experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with lathes, Bridgeports, grinders , and other manual machines. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.
\n\n Key Responsibilities: \n\nOperate manual and semi-automated machines, including lathes, Bridgeports, and grinders
\n\t\n\tPerform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
\n\t\n\tTroubleshoot and repair mechanical malfunctions with minimal downtime
\n\t\n\tInstall, inspect, and adjust new and existing production equipment
\n\t\n\tCollaborate with other technicians and operators to ensure production goals are met
\n\t\n\tMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
\n\t\n\tFollow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
\n\t\nMinimum of 3 years of experience operating manual machines
\n\t\n\tStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
\n\t\n\tAbility to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs independently
\n\t\n\tFamiliarity with preventive maintenance procedures
\n\t\n\tExcellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
\n\t\n\t Willingness to work extended hours during the busy season
