\n Pay Range: $28.00 – $32.00/hour ($35.00/hour for top-level candidates)

    Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

    Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM

    Saturdays (Busy Season, August–January): 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM

\n\n Position Summary: \n\n

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator I / Chain Machine Technician with hands-on manual machining experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with lathes, Bridgeports, grinders , and other manual machines. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.

    \n\t
  • \n\t

    Operate manual and semi-automated machines, including lathes, Bridgeports, and grinders

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Troubleshoot and repair mechanical malfunctions with minimal downtime

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Install, inspect, and adjust new and existing production equipment

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Collaborate with other technicians and operators to ensure production goals are met

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

    \n\t\n

    Minimum of 3 years of experience operating manual machines

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs independently

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

  • \n\t

    Willingness to work extended hours during the busy season
