Good knowledge of routing, switching and bridging protocols such as BGP, RIP, VLANs, etc. Good knowledge and understanding of network design including switches, firewalls, and security (Cisco and Palo Alto). Job Description: Support design of servers and network infrastructure for client projects. Install, configure, and maintain new / existing network infrastructure hardware, including configuration of virtual networks. Assist with the implementation of new/upgraded systems and/or virtualisation. Perform Qualification testing on new / existing systems. Disaster Recovery testing. Build of Host Server and failover Clusters. Knowledge of Antivirus & Security, Active Directory, Time Synchronization and Backup & Recovery. Set up Remote Access setup. Support FAT with Customer. Support site commissioning in Muskegon. Support Vendor with installation and connection to OT Services (MES, PI, Data Analytics, DCS, PLC/SCADA). Additional Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Server and Workstation Operating Systems (Server 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft Windows 7/10) and Linux/Container technologies. Experience working with Hyper-V, VMWare desired. Good knowledge of wireless technology including design and deployment.
