Job Summary: ?The?Landscaper performs daily?technical?functions within the Landscaping department.? This includes in-park work as well as maintaining the greenhouse operations.


?Essential Duties and Responsibilities:?

Working within the Landscape Department on various activities, such as assisting the outside landscape company on maintaining the Park
Perform a variety of landscape maintenance including but not limited to: planting, weeding, watering, etc.
Helping with irrigation and tree trimmings
Assist other maintenance department with park tasks
All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:?

Basic knowledge of the operational aspects of machinery components.??
Previous landscape experience helpful.
Experience working on irrigation controllers.??
A valid Driver's License and High School Diploma or valid GED.??
A basic set of hand tools.??
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.??
Ability to perform various physical activities, such as climbing, crawling, and lifting, from various heights on structures.??
Vocational or technical trade certifications.??
Demonstrable ability to keep accurate written records, blueprints, diagrams and maps.??
Highly motivated, self-starter, and ability to work well unsupervised.
Must be able to stoop, bend, squat, and kneel repeatedly.
Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.
