Job Description

FUNCTION This person will be pivotal in expanding our CRM by enabling data-driven insights to enhance the guest experience. Day to day, this role will interface with our internal customers to build solutions, report critical needs and feature requests to the development team, assist in training end users, and manage the user base.Duties will also include building reports, as needed, and administering database content to ensure data hygiene.Secondary aspects of this role include assisting in light UI development and working closely with the backend development team to deliver a feature-rich application for the company. This is an onsite only position.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Learn and deeply understand our organization's business processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Business teams, to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Design and develop scalable, high-quality solutions that meet the diverse needs of our stakeholders.
  • Ensure that process workflows, solution architecture, design, and code are well-documented for future reference.
  • Work within established procedures and tools to develop, test, code review, implement, and maintain application software.
  • Help build the skills of other teammates through peer mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead discovery meetings and requirements sessions to identify business needs.
  • Facilitate solution design and architecture sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Manage the delivery of projects and initiatives from design to deployment, ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications. Provide troubleshooting and ensure data consistency across platforms
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for system improvements and optimization, by staying updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Ensure data and system security and compliance with company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of handling concurrent assignments with multiple clients.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Administration, Lightening Experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in software development with Java or C#.
  • 1+ year of database development and strong SQL experience.
  • Current Salesforce Administration Certificate.
  • AWS database development and understanding of AWS integration

PERFERRRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current Marketing Cloud Developer Certificate.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster's Archtics.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms/tools.
  • Proactive initiator and highly detail oriented.
  • Ability to develop reliable and scalable structures with loosely defined requirements and high degrees of freedom.
  • Knowledge of ticketing and marketing principles.
  • Experience with JavaScript platforms, NodeJS, and Angular preferred.
  • Experience with Agile project management and product release lifecycle.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce.
  • Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
