We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist with proven experience in digital marketing and revenue growth for business to business, online courses, workshops, and educational products. Our company provides continuing education online courses, skills workshop, and board-prep resources for Nurse Practitioners nationwide.

This role is perfect for someone who not only understands marketing strategy but knows how to turn content, email campaigns, and partnerships into sales, enrollments, and repeat customers.

Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

• Drive revenue through enrollments and institutional sales for CE courses, clinical skills workshops, board review programs, and memberships
• Identify, pursue, and manage institutional and government contract opportunities , including universities, state agencies, workforce development programs, public health departments, and healthcare systems
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, including program directors, faculty leaders, procurement officers, and grant administrators
• Conduct discovery and introductory Zoom meetings to present NP Skills Made Easy offerings and assess organizational needs
• Research and support responses to RFPs, RFQs, and grant-funded training opportunities
• Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, including email, website leads, and social media DMs
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools; track leads, proposals, contracts, and conversions
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing on promotions, launches, referral programs, and institutional pricing
• Monitor and report sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and contract pipeline value
• Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to improve offerings and strengthen long-term partnerships
