Sales Engineer Regional Sales Manager

Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion in the assigned region. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and leading a team to meet sales targets within the boiler industry, specifically focusing on steam flow and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the boiler, steam flow, and controls market.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve their goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the boiler industry.
• Strong knowledge of boilers, steam flow, and control systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions.
