Safety Coordinator 안전관리 담당자

A leading global construction and engineering company is seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join our growing team in Taylor, Texas.

In this role, you will help maintain and promote a strong culture of safety across a large-scale industrial construction project. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily safety activities and communicate with project teams & contractors.
• Record and track daily work progress to support accurate project documentation.
• Conduct safety orientations and trainings for new contractor employees.
• Prepare materials for weekly safety meetings and safety-related events.
• Record and analyze incidents, injuries, and safety trends to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and assist with contractor badging.
• Manage PPE distribution and process safety material requests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Korean/English
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• 최신 안전 문서 관리 및 협력업체 출입증(badging) 업무 지원
• 개인 보호구(PPE) 지급 및 안전 자재 구매 요청 관리

자격 요건:

• 관련 건설 현장 경력 3년 이상 (우대)
• 한국어 및 영어 이중언어 가능자
• OSHA 자격증 소지자 우대
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 활용 능숙
• 탁월한 의사소통 능력, 조직력, 팀워크 보유
• 빠른 작업 환경에서 독립적이면서 협업 가능한 업무 태도
