As a Baylor (Weekend Visit Nurse) RN you will serve a valuable role in providing loving continuity on weekends for our hospice patients who require weekend visits or are experiencing a change in symptoms.Baylor nurses have ample time to support the patients and families they visit on weekends while allowing them the week days to be at home.

Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
Current WI RN license
1-2 years of Hospice, Oncology or related experience
Experience in the care of the terminally ill; knowledge of Hospice Care
Hospice certification is preferred
Current/Valid WI Drivers License; plus reliable/insured vehicle
