We are seeking a skilled and organized Data Entry Clerk to
join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote work from home
position with flexible hours that offers the convenience of working from
the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will possess strong
typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database system
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Retrieve and review data from various sources
- Sort and organize data in specific categories
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any data discrepancies
- Update and maintain records and files as needed
- Other clerical tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient typing skills with a minimum of 60 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and troubleshooting
