Are you a quick-thinking and highly skilled registered nurse with a passion for critical care? We are looking for a Full-Time ICU Registered Nurse to join our team.

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide specialized, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. • Actively respond to life-threatening situations and emergencies.
  • Help orient and train new staff and nursing students.

What We're Looking For

  • Current BLS and/or CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it within 6 weeks of hire).
  • Entry-level experience is welcome.

Experience

  • New graduates with strong critical care interest will be considered
  • Prior ICU, step-down, or critical care experience strongly preferred

Skills & Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to act quickly and calmly in high-pressure situations.
  • A strong understanding of the Wisconsin Nurse Practices Act.
  • The physical, technical, and cognitive ability to use specialized patient care equipment.
