Recruiting Consultant- Houston, TX

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for open job orders through strategic searches and networking
• Utilize Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn to identify top talent
• Build targeted company lists to recruit from for each role
• Schedule and coordinate phone and in-person interviews for hiring managers and clients
• Professional recruitment focusing in the marketing, legal, HR, sales, and administrative, with a focus in the IT and accounting areas

Qualifications

• 1?5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, inside sales, customer service, business development, or other client relations roles
• Strong research and critical-thinking skills with the ability to learn quickly
• Naturally curious and highly motivated to grow professionally
• Capability to transition to a business development position
