Over the next 36 months, we’re growing into multiple new markets, and we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven recruiter to help build our future.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit daily and set a minimum of 3 qualified appointments for our broker and managers
• Conduct preliminary Zoom meetings as needed
• Manage daily recruiting files and CRM updates (KvCore/Boldtrail)
• Plan and execute recruiting events
• Create and manage social media and e-blast campaigns with marketing support
• Prepare weekly recruiting reports and strategy updates for leadership
• Implement creative agent outreach efforts
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and new leads

What We’re Looking For

• Strong phone and presentation skills (Zoom + in-person)
• Excellent communication and follow-up habits
• Confident using sales scripts
• Goal- and quota-driven with the desire to outperform
• Prior experience in sales, recruiting, or real estate a plus
• Ability to track and report daily metrics
• Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to build wealth

• Base salary + commission

Job Type & Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available (hybrid work options available)
• Typical schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
• Part-time: Evening or weekend shifts available
