Job Description

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dependable Plastic Injection Molding Operator to run molding machines, inspect parts, and support production. This role involves basic machine operation, visual inspection, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plastic injection molding machines
• Inspect molded parts for defects
• Report any issues to supervisors
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist with material handling and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working near machinery and in a loud environment
• Previous experience is helpful but not required
