Job Title: Physical Security Specialist

Location: Fairfield County, CT

Pay Range: $22-$24/HR

Shift: Overnights, FT

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Physical Security Specialist – not your average “security guard.” This role is for someone who thrives in a professional environment, understands the importance of accountability, and takes pride in protecting people, property, and reputation.

As a Physical Security Specialist, you’ll be the front line of intelligence and customer service. You’ll monitor and analyze security systems, manage access control events, respond to alarms, and review camera footage to ensure all occupants are accounted for. You’ll communicate directly with high-profile clients and employees, requiring exceptional professionalism and customer service skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor access control systems in real time.
• Investigate incidents using internal tools, programs, and digital logs.
• Write detailed and accurate reports, ensuring all incidents are properly recorded and escalated when necessary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and always uphold company and client policies.
• Check in employees, guests, and vendors.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in security or customer service in a corporate setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – clear, confident, and concise.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working with technology (security platforms, internal databases, etc.).
• A polished, professional demeanor and strong sense of accountability.
