Job Description

ATC Healthcare is seeking a pharmacist with a minimum of 1 year of experience for immediate hire to join our warm, safe, and friendly team. Dispense medications accurately and provide consultation to patients regarding their prescriptions.
Monitor patient medication therapies and provide recommendations for optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients on medication administration, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Participate in immunization programs as required by facility protocols.
Stay updated on clinical pharmacy practices and advancements in medication therapies.

Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical pharmacy practices.
Experience in pediatrics or acute care settings is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
