Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring and advanced medical interventions
- Manage cardiac drips, telemetry monitoring, and oxygen therapy
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Requirements
- Current Washington RN License (or Compact License)
- Minimum 1 year of recent PCU or Step-Down experience
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient care coordination skills
