Hugo’s Family Marketplace has immediate opportunities for a Part Time Online Shopper at our Thief River Falls, MN location. Hours between 8am - 5pm.

Duties Include:
- Somone who can accept orders through computer
- Set schedule for the day
- Shop customers orders from the salesfloor
- Can communicate with customers regarding their orders via phone, email, or through the freshop
- Verify availability of items and select appropriate substitutions for customers
- Utilize freshop to input substitutions and/or refunds
- Process orders through the store registers as needed
- Communicate needs of the online customers to associates as needed
- Handle staging of orders for pickup, business, and delivery
- Respond promptly to curb-side pickup orders providing them with their orders
- Hours typically run Monday-Friday with 1 weekend a month or as needed for coverage or the business
