Neonatologist - Level III NICUSanta Monica, California Full-Time or Part-Time In-House 24/7 CoveragePosition Overview:Join a collaborative and mission-driven Community Level III NICU team in sunny Santa Monica, providing 24/7 in-house coverage and compassionate, high-quality care for newborns. This is an excellent opportunity for a Neonatologist who thrives in a collegial environment with strong perinatal support.Key Details:

• Setting: Community Level III NICU
• Coverage: 24/7 in-house (shared schedule among group)
• Average Daily Census: 5 infants
• Deliveries at Facility: 2,000 births/year
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time available
• Location Requirement: Must reside locally or be willing to relocate
• Not accepting Locums or visa candidates

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care to newborns in the NICU and delivery room
• Collaborate with perinatology and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative initiatives
• Provide family-centered, compassionate communication and care
• Maintain a prompt, in-house response for neonatal needs

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Certification preferred
• Committed to high-quality, collaborative care
• Must be local or planning to relocate to the Santa Monica area
