Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect

Seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Architect to design, build, and integrate complex IT solutions supporting our healthcare payer ecosystem. You will define architecture, lead integrations, produce technical designs, and partner with teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. This role requires strong technical depth, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, modern system designs.

• Location: Remote – Must work PST Hour
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65-80/hour W2

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and implement Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Customer Insights solutions.
• Lead integrations across D365, Genesys Cloud CX, Snowflake, and payer systems
• Build Member 360 and Customer Insights using Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and FHIR-based data exchange.
• Drive automation and analytics with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI/Copilot.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, environment governance, and DevOps best practices (CI/CD, IaC).
• Translate business requirements into scalable architecture and oversee end-to-end delivery.
• Collaborate with technology and business leaders; work within Agile/Safe-Agile frameworks.

What Gets You the Job:

• Expert-level Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Customer Insights).
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-initiative programs or enforcing governance across multiple teams
• Experience with MC4H data models/accelerators.
• Integration experience with Genesys Cloud CX and Snowflake.
• Deep skills in Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and API Management.
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience.
