POSTION INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
ANSWERING PHONES, TRANSFERING CALLS TO CORRECT PARTY, SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, ACCURATE GRAMMAR, WELL SPOKEN, RELIABLE, WILLING TO BE CROSS TRAINED.
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE ACCURATE TYPYING SKILLS, EXCELENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANDIDATE MUST BE EXCELLENT AT MULTI TASKING. MUST BE WILLING TO FOLLOW OFFICE PROTOCOL AND PROCEDURES. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF INS/ REFERRALS, MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS. HOURS OF OPERATION MON-THURS 9:00 TO 4:30, FRI 8:00-12:00, 30 MINUTE LUNCH
