About the Role:
Corus Medical, part of the Corus Health family in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a dynamic and organized Practice Manager to lead daily operations for our physician services division. You'll support a growing in-home primary care team that delivers compassionate, coordinated care across the continuum — with a strong emphasis on value-based outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee provider scheduling and patient visit logistics for physicians, nurse practitioners, and palliative care clinicians
• Partner with intake, billing, and authorization teams to optimize workflow and patient access
• Monitor revenue cycle performance, including claims, denials, and A/R in Athena EMR
• Serve as the liaison between Corus Medical, Home Health, Hospice, and the Ensemble CIN network
• Lead EMR reporting and support new provider onboarding across Athena and MyUnity platforms
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and quality assurance standards
• Track key operational metrics and implement process improvements
• Support care transitions and manage documentation workflows for authorizations and referrals

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years in physician practice or ambulatory care management
• Strong working knowledge of EMR systems and billing/scheduling workflows
• Experience supporting value-based care models
• Proven ability to coach staff, streamline processes, and manage performance metrics
• Skilled communicator with a collaborative, solution-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Athena EMR preferred
• Background in home-based care (Home Health, Hospice, Primary Care in the home) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred
