Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the healthcare industry? We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting patients with their medical billing inquiries.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: You will engage with patients from various healthcare providers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding their medical bills.
Providing Support: You will assist customers with payment processing and conduct research on bill statuses to ensure they receive accurate information.
Resolving Accounts: You'll have the opportunity to speak with patients about outstanding balances and guide them toward resolving their accounts in a supportive manner.
Utilizing Technology: You will work with multiple systems, including EPIC, Artiva, and TCN, to efficiently manage inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail, restaurant, or call center environments.
A comfort level with technology and computers is essential to succeed in this role.
Shifts Available:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (with a Saturday shift once a month from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
Compensation:

Starting pay is $17-$18 per hour, with opportunities for increased pay based on performance metrics.
