As a Litigation Paralegal at Rutherford & Christie, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and gain valuable experience in the legal industry. Daily Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with discovery responses, deposition prep, and non-party discovery Conduct research and writing for cases Assist with Court appearances and trial preparation Assist with settlement negotiations and drafts Manage subpoenas and deposition scheduling Required Skills: Experience in Georgia civil procedure and civil defense litigation Strong oral advocacy skills Knowledge of personal injury litigation Ability to draft pleadings and discovery Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with Lexis, motions practice, and e-filing Knowledge of tort litigation Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer health insurance, 401(k) options, vacation leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
