*Litigation Attorney*

*Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz (NST Law), one of the largest plaintiff’s personal injury law firms in the Southeast, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our expanding team in Memphis, TN.*

*The Litigation Attorney will handle a full caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence-based claims in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong litigation skills, capable of managing cases from initial filing through trial or resolution.*

*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement*
* *Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed*
* *Prepare complaints, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation pleadings*
* *Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel*
* *Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and effective case progression.*

*Qualifications:*

* *Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school*
* *Active and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar*
* *At least 2-3 years of personal injury experience preferred *
* *Strong written and verbal communication skills*
* *Proven ability to manage deadlines and caseload*
