Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Inside Sales Representative, where you will play a crucial role in quoting and selling insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects. We value exceptional customer service and are looking for passionate individuals who want to help new and existing customers find the best insurance products to meet their needs.

Your starting base pay is $25/hour, with an uncapped bonus plan that can significantly enhance your earnings. Average variable compensation is approximately $2,000 per month, with the potential to earn up to $5,000 as we expand our business across multiple states.

In this role, you will:

• Assist clients with warm leads to educate, provide quotes, and sell a variety of insurance products.
• Effectively demonstrate the advantages of our offerings while addressing customer concerns and objections.
• Maintain an active Property and Casualty Producers License or Personal Lines License to drive sales and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize your bilingual skills (English/Spanish) to earn a 7% shift premium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quote and sell insurance products to both new and current customers.
• Guide prospects on suitable insurance coverage options based on their individual circumstances.
• Conduct thorough research and run reports to verify the accuracy of information provided by potential customers.
• Clearly explain coverage and payment options.
• Follow up on unsold internet leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Oversee policy service requests, including changes or updates when customer service is not available.
• Communicate with the underwriting department to adhere to policy standards and improve customer retention.

Candidate Requirements:

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License or Personal Lines License is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of company guidelines and the ability to communicate those effectively to customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Travel may be required for up to 25% of the time, and the position primarily involves sitting and standing. While you can work from home, you must live near our designated talent areas for occasional in-person meetings and events.
