Our starting base pay is $25/hour, complemented by an exciting uncapped bonus plan. On average, you can expect to earn an additional variable compensation of approximately $2,000 per month, which has the potential to rise to $7,000 or more as our business expands across multiple states.

This is a primarily remote position, where you will work from home for approximately 80% of your time (4+ days per week), ideally located near Atlanta, GA. Occasionally, you may need to travel to the office for meetings and training sessions.
Please note that virtual training is scheduled to begin on January 5, 2026, lasting around 2 months, with training hours scheduled from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM local time. Time off will not be permitted during this training period.
After completing training, new employees will work evening shifts ending at 9:00 PM from Monday to Friday, and until 8:00 PM on Saturdays, with a rotation of one Saturday every three weeks. Your work week will consist of a 9-hour Monday and a shorter 7-hour shift later in the week.
