Are you dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and assisting individuals in safeguarding their homes and vehicles? Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Inside Sales Representative!

Our starting base pay is $25/hour, complemented by an exciting uncapped bonus plan. On average, you can expect to earn an additional variable compensation of approximately $2,000 per month, which has the potential to rise to $7,000 or more as our business expands across multiple states.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Quoting and selling a range of insurance products, including automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance.
• Following up on missing information to finalize insurance sales via phone or email with prospective clients.
• Participating in required training, ongoing education, and team meetings to maintain your active property and casualty producer's license.
• Effectively demonstrating the advantages of our products and services while addressing any objections from potential customers.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

• You should have a proven track record of managing an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline to provide accurate quotes.
• You must be proficient in prioritizing sales opportunities across multiple computer systems during the quoting process.
• You will need to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverage options to clients.

This is a primarily remote position, where you will work from home for approximately 80% of your time (4+ days per week), ideally located near Atlanta, GA. Occasionally, you may need to travel to the office for meetings and training sessions.

Please note that virtual training is scheduled to begin on January 5, 2026, lasting around 2 months, with training hours scheduled from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM local time. Time off will not be permitted during this training period.

After completing training, new employees will work evening shifts ending at 9:00 PM from Monday to Friday, and until 8:00 PM on Saturdays, with a rotation of one Saturday every three weeks. Your work week will consist of a 9-hour Monday and a shorter 7-hour shift later in the week.

Licenses:

• A valid Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License or Personal Lines License with Georgia as your resident state is required. American Family Insurance will cover the costs of maintaining your licenses post-hire, including all continuing education requirements.

Travel Requirements: Up to 10%.

Physical Requirements: The role primarily involves sitting and/or standing.
