Premier printing organization with multiple locations is searching to hire a Large Format Production Manager to oversee sign fabrication and installation at its Utah facility.
Responsibilities include:

• Overall management of sign manufacturing and installation areas.
• Schedule and assign work loads to ensure jobs are completed on time meeting and/or exceeding client expectations.
• Evaluate production processes to identify any issues and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce down times, errors, etc.
• Provide proper training to new and existing employees to improve their skills and overall performance.
• Keep accurate production records and report on Key Performance Indicators to management.
• Take part in development of budgets and forecasts as related to production operations.
• Employee development. Create and implement cross training program so each function has a backup.
• Engage and encourage employees to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 7 - 10 years' leadership experience in the large format digital printing industry; manufacturing and sign installation.
• Solid leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented with good time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced production environment.
• Ability to foster a positive work culture and engage employees.
• Proficient on MSO.
