Responsibilities:
- Help Execute all residential plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Help Efficiently troubleshoot and diagnose issues with water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems.
- Install and connect piping systems and fixtures in strict compliance with all relevant codes.
- Clearly communicate plumbing problems and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and company service vehicles.
- Ensure all work consistently meets code and our high company quality standards .
- Accurately complete job tickets, material usage logs, and time records.
- Deliver professional, courteous service on every customer interaction.
- Provide mentorship to apprentices when assigned.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures .
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to complete jobs independently and professionally.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in all residential settings, including crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas.
- Solid knowledge of local plumbing codes and best practices.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Plumbing license is a significant plus, but your proven skills are our priority.

Schedule:
