Overview Window Painter - Joyce Manufacturing - Berea, OH | Full-Time | Manufacturing/Production Joyce Manufacturing is looking for a Window Painter to join our team! This position is responsible for prepping, painting, and finishing custom window products using gravity-fed HVLP spray systems. We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. What You'll Do Spray paint window frames using gravity-fed HVLP equipment Prep and clean all surfaces before painting Mix and match paint to specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety and quality control procedures Work as part of a fast-paced production team What We're Looking For Experience using HVLP spray guns (preferred) Knowledge of paint prep and mixing techniques Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions What We Offer Pay range of $17.00 - $20.00/hour, based on experience Steady, full-time schedule – Monday through Friday Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Paid time off and holidays A team-oriented and supportive environment Join a company with over 65 years of success in manufacturing top-quality home improvement products.
