What Youll Do

Lead, train, and motivate HVAC service technicians

Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and quality control

Ensure safety and compliance with company standards

Support customer satisfaction and resolve service issues quickly

Track department performance and drive revenue through service agreements

Manage budgets, parts inventory, and operational costs

What Youll Bring

5+ years Commercial HVAC service experience (2+ years in a leadership role)

HVAC certification or trade school education preferred

EPA certification a plus

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience with service management/scheduling software

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
