HVAC Project Manager position with a large mechanical construction company

We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to commute to different jobsites.
• Meet and mentor all project engineers and field manpower.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners.
• Gather best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Manage, approve, organize, and document: plans and specifications, schedule, equipment, progress billing, budget/cash flow, submittals, RFI’s, inspection records, permits, material purchases, change orders, cost engineering, labor and production tracking.
• Business development with existing and prospect general contractors and owners, as well as other sub-contractors and design engineers.

Requirements:

• Local
• Stable work-history.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
• 3+ years of prior field experience working for on large commercial projects ranging from $50k to $30M+ for mechanical contractors.
• Strong software knowledge in BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen/Accubid software are a plus.
• Knowledge in state building and HVAC codes.
