ABOUT THIS HVAC MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:
As the HVAC Manager, you'll work to keep things running smoothly, from the front office to the service calls. Your days will be dynamic, and you'll find yourself wearing many hats. You'll dedicate time to training your technicians, helping them improve their numbers while promoting product and sales training. You will conduct regular ride-alongs to review and improve service processes. Your role involves following up on jobs, selling estimates, and managing truck inventory. You'll maintain high operational standards for safety and accurate invoicing, and provide essential technical support to your team on complex heating and air conditioning issues. You are key to developing a high-performance culture of excellence, managing recruiting and retention, and working with vendors to procure parts for heating and air conditioning jobs. You will also resolve escalated customer concerns to ensure 100% satisfaction with their heating and air conditioning services.
