About the Role:
High-Volume Google Ads Specialist to manage 40–60 campaigns for our property portfolio. This role is 90% Google Ads and on-site in Franktown, CO. If you prefer general marketing or remote work, this is not for you.
Responsibilities:
Manage 40–60 Google Ads campaigns daily.
Optimize budgets, bids, and ad performance for maximum ROI.
Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions) and implement improvements.
Conduct keyword research, testing, and optimization.
Track conversions in GA4 and produce actionable reports.
Assist with Google Business Listings as needed.
Requirements:
2+ years of high-volume Google Ads experience.
Proven ability to manage 30+ campaigns/accounts simultaneously.
Ability to work Monday–Friday, on-site in Franktown, CO.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, GA4, and Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent PPC experience.
Preferred:
Multifamily housing or property marketing experience.
Google Ads Search Certification.
Looker Studio reporting experience.
