Who You Are Experienced in global supply chain management, sourcing and selecting suppliers for PCBs, and EE components. Proficient in negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers and ability to develop should-cost models. Strong supplier management with good experience in managing supply and capacity at suppliers based on MPS. What We Need Develop and lead global supply chain strategies for PCBs, and EE component. Collaborate with the design, engineering, manufacturing, demand and logistics team to optimize component selection and supply chain performance. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for supply chain continuity by managing supply and capacity needs at the supplier level. What You Will Learn How to work cross-functionally with technical teams to drive supply chain innovation. Exposure to emerging technologies and evolving semiconductor manufacturing trends. Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets.
