This hire will have real impact across global operations while leading a purchasing and supply chain team. Responsibilities Own strategy and execution for sourcing, supplier performance, inventory health, and end-to-end cost. Lead and mentor a small team; partner with quality, engineering, operations, and finance. Drive measurable improvements in forecasting, S and OP, and total cost of ownership across a multi-site environment. Build and manage vendors, contracts, and long-term supply agreements. Improve inventory accuracy, forecasting, and working capital results. Track KPIs and lead continuous improvement projects that move the needle. Support S and OP, demand planning, and cost reduction initiatives. Maintain supplier data accuracy and audit readiness while navigating trade and tariff considerations. What you bring Bachelor’s in supply chain or business. MBA or CPIM/APICS a plus. Five or more years in purchasing or supply chain with people leadership in high SKU or multi-site settings. Strong Excel and reporting skills; ERP or procurement systems experience is helpful. Proven results in supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and cross-functional project leadership. Background in manufacturing or distribution is preferred. Details Hybrid schedule in the Toledo area with several days on site each week.
