Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. We have openings for both 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to package items efficiently.
Communicate with supervision to understand work demand and priorities.
Read work orders in English to accurately pick parts.
Stage products for shipment in an organized manner.
Work independently to handle materials safely.
Lift up to 50 pounds infrequently as part of the job.
Essential Skills
Ability to work on feet for 8-10 hours per day.
Proficiency in reading work orders in English.
Effective communication skills with team members.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in packing, inventory, production, and material handling.
Familiarity with forklift operation, picking, general labor, and shipping.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34000.00 - $48000.00/yr.
This position offers extensive benefits including a $1,500 sign on bonus, excellent medical dental and vision and a matching 401K
