Job Description
Join a collaborative team supporting the construction industry by preparing and assembling steel materials. This hands-on role involves operating various machinery to cut and prepare steel components for assembly. Work Environment
This role is based in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility that can get hot. Training will be on the first shift for approximately 4–6 weeks, followed by a second shift with a $2/hour differential. Standard hours are 8-hour shifts, with frequent 9-hour days and flexibility for 10-hour shifts and occasional Saturday shifts. Overtime is paid for any hours over 8 per day, and all Saturday hours are considered overtime, with no more than two consecutive mandated Saturdays.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.00/hr.
