Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator
Job Description
Join a team dedicated to designing and molding quality plastic solutions with a focus on 2-Shot and liquid silicone molding. We are seeking ambitious general production workers to be part of our expanding team, utilizing the world's most advanced technologies and resources.
Responsibilities
Operate injection molding machines, package products, label, and perform cycle counting.
Visually inspect and assemble parts according to quality specifications, identifying critical visual and dimensional defects.
Follow route sheets and work instructions to ensure parts meet customer and internal requirements.
Remove parts from injection molding machines during operations.
Perform routine cleaning of machines and work areas.
Account for and record production and scrap counts.
Essential Skills
Experience in production, general labor, and machine operation.
Mechanical skills and knowledge in automotive production.
Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs and lifting up to 20 cartons per day.
Proficiency in basic math skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of SmartSheet and IQMS.
Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment with advanced equipment. Candidates must be comfortable wearing a hair net and beard net if applicable. The role requires operating four machines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting, with responsibilities across two locations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $21.00/hr.
